Furahi is my second Sokoke queen. I picked her up in Denmark the first week of July. Furahi loves to be petted and to get attention. She's such a sweetheart. But she doesn't like to be held, this in spite of quite some training. When Furahi had been here less than a week she already had found out that the dog isn't as bad as she first thought, and she gets along well with my other cats.
After two weeks she begun to play with cat toys by herself and soon after started to play with Dream, my bengal queen at the same age. They run around the place and have great fun and exercise together.
Furahi is a sokoke queen with the recognized color. Her name is Swahili and means "Enjoy".
Furahi is a very beautiful sokoke. Her pattern contrasts and type is fantastic.
You could almost write the standard by looking at her. Not all judges sees this
since the sokoke is a reare breed. She has been shown quite a bit after
she turned 10 months together with her good friend, the bengal Dream. Furahi is
now an International Champion. I hope she will have just as big sucess in
becoming a mother :-)
